1. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. How long does shipping take?

  • European Union: 3–10 business days

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • International Orders: 14–31 business days

We always try to expedite shipping whenever possible. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and customs processing.


3. How can I track my order?

Tracking information will be uploaded as soon as your order ships.
You can easily check your tracking status on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.


4. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order for any changes or cancellations.


5. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us immediately with your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.


6. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery usually takes 14–31 business days depending on the destination.


7. Are customs or duties included in the price?

Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are not included in our prices and may be charged depending on your country’s laws. These are the responsibility of the buyer.


8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods at checkout.
